Hi Fit Foodies!
I have a delicious recipe that I want to share with you! It literally took me 20 minutes to throw it all together and then I let it simmer!
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh okra
1 lb lean ground turkey
2 14.5oz cans stewed tomatoes
1 onion chopped
1tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings: garlic powder, lawrys season salt, salt and pepper
Cut and clean okra. Sauté okra and chopped onion and add all seasonings. Cook ground turkey with minced garlic. Add okra and turkey combination together with stewed tomatoes. Bring it to a boil and then simmer.
