Hey Fit Fans!
I hope you are having a great week....and as the camel says...."it's hump dayyyy"!
Today I want to give you encouragement to keep going all week long! Wednesdays are proven to be one of the toughest days during the week to stay on track with your workouts. You begin to get excited for the weekend, but you are exhausted from the beginning of the week. Just remember that the 30 minutes or hour you spend working out is a very small percentage of your entire day. So, do it! Yesterday, I ran 5 miles in 83% humidity pushing fit baby in his stroller. Talk about tough, but when I finished I felt like I had done my best! I encourage you to do your best!
