This article is a great read for anyone who may be wondering why exercising during pregnancy is a positive thing. Some people may not exercise during their pregnancy thinking that it is harmful to the baby. Wrong! During my pregnancy with Fit Baby, I worked out everyday, but before I did, I asked my doctor. My doctor reasured me that exercise is great for mom and baby AS LONG AS you don't try something new. If your body is used to certain exercises, it is ok to do them while pregnant....if your body is not used to doing certain exercises, you should not strain your body to try something new.
Anytime you think exercise might interfere with your daily life (pregnant or not), you should consult with a physician.
