People make green monsters all different ways, but the basic idea is to make a drink that is so delicious that it can hold at least 3 large handfuls of Spinach. Below are the ingredients to make the best Green Monster around:
Ingredients:
· 1 peeled banana
· Frozen strawberries
· Frozen blueberries
· 3 large handfuls of spinach
· 2 spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt
· Apple juice
Drink in the morning or after a HOT workout in the afternoon. Melts fat off of you and gives you energy to get moving off the couch and to the gym or the ability to recover for your next challenge!
