Hey Fit Readers!
I hope you had a fun weekend! This weekend, we took a family trip to Dallas to see family, friends, enjoy the TX/OU festivities and best of all, we went to the fair! It was so much fun taking fit baby to the fair with all of our friends are their kids. They rode the rides, ate corny dogs, and played games. Now, I know the fair food is not healthy, but for a fun family outing, you just do it and don't think twice. Maybe hit the gym a little harder the week you go to the fair, but you should definitely enjoy yourself and know you can work it off.
So here are a few tips and easy ways you can stay fit at the fair: 1. Walk...it's that easy! We walked so much that day, but I will say that we saw quite a few motorized scooters. LAZY! Get up and walk! 2. Play the games with your kids. The more you move, the better! 3. Probably shouldn't eat the food, but like I said earlier, you can always work it off. A corny dog won't kill you:)
So there it is! Another successful year at the great state fair of TEXAS with a new Big Tex and a Texas WIN!!
