Hope you are off to a healthy start for the week! Are you working out today? Eating healthy? I, for one, love Mondays! I love jumping into a healthful week with energizing cardio workouts and high protein meals. After a busy weekend with my family and friends, I had little time to get my groceries for the week, luckily I had my protien shake this morning and Greek yogurt with almonds for my morning snack. But what to do for a quick and healthy lunch? Oh, I will tell you! Subway chopped salad with turkey loaded with veggies and a light red wine vinaigrette! It is only $6.50, it's quick, it's fresh, and its healthy! This meal is going to keep you around 200 calories...for your whole lunch! Do it!
