Hey Fit Readers!
I hope you are having a happy Monday! Today my blog is called "Go Bananas"....and I mean this in moderation. People in general love bananas, and they think just because it is a fruit that it MUST be good for you?? But, DID YOU KNOW....one banana has 14 grams of sugar!? Wow! That is only 4 sugars less than what is in a snickers bar. So, next time you reach for a banana, think before you eat.
