Hi and Happy Friday Fit Fans!
Did you get a good workout in today?
Here is one that is efficient and works the full body that I did this morning with one of my exercise classes:
Run 5 flights of stairs
25 biceps curls
25 lunges (alternating legs)
25 dead lifts
25 sit ups
Repeat 4 times to make 100 reps of each!
Hope this is something you can do to start your weekend off right!
