Happy Monday to you! I don't know about y'all, but for most of my clients Monday is a new week and time for clean eating...until Friday that is! What? It's true, most people I work with tell me they eat so healthy during the week, but once the weekend hits, it's over. So you eat healthy for four days and then throw it all away on the weekend? Yes, that's exactly what I hear all week long! There must be a solution....
And, yes, there is a solution, NO CHEATING on your diet. No one really listens when I tell them that, but if you truly want to see results, you truly can't cheat. Sorry!
