Happy Friday, Fans!
Today is the end of my "cheap tricks for moms" series, but as I come across more ideas, I will write about them here.
Last week I was in a huge hurry from training at the club to a long 7 mile run and finally got home in time to get fit baby a quick lunch before his nap time. I made him a peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread with a side of peaches. No biggie, lots of nutrition, but as I put it in front of him, I thought hmmm.... where can I slip something green in!? You probably guessed it! Yep, I chopped up some spinach and put it on his peanut butter sandwich. As easy as can be, and the peanut butter over powers the spinach. Just another quick, easy way to get those greens in!
