The holidays are here! Halloween is only 3 days away! We are gearing up at my house and have been excited for weeks. We have been to pumpkin patches, Fall Festivals, and have school parties galore. It seems like once October hits, we are in full swing of parties, decorations, FOOD, DRINKING, and fun until the end of the year.
How do you plan to stay in shape through the holidays?
Here are a few tips:
1. Know what you're putting in your mouth and how many calories it is
2. Set a meal plan
3. Set an exercise plan
4. When you over indulge, get back on track
5. Enjoy your food and drink....MODERATION is KEY
