Patience will bring positive results! What does that mean?
Have you ever started a diet and been really excited about it? You may tell yourself..."this is going to be the one! The one that I actually stick to and lose the weight I want to!" Some of you are saying yes right now and also realizing that whatever "diet" it was that you tried probably failed. Yes?
Most people hear about diets and immediately jump into them. Why? Because they want the results...fast results....a quick fix! Well, throw that idea out the door and be patient. This is your body we are talking about. If you're on a diet for a quick fix, it will take your body just as long to lose the weight as it will to put it plus MORE weight back on. This is why finding the correct foods for your body (not a diet but lifestyle change) is important. Now, it may take a little longer to lose the weight, but if you do it correctly, you will keep the weight off. Be patient!
Have you ever started working out and been really excited about your new gym or studio? Most people go out and buy new clothes and shoes because they are excited about their next few weeks that they will ACTUALLY spend in the gym. Then what? Your body is sore from new exercises, you're not seeing any results yet, and your hungry! So you what? Quit, let the new clothes and shoes collect dust all because...you are not being patient. Again, this is your body we are talking about. You owe patience to your body. It will not transform over night. It is a work in progress. Do not quit! Do not give up! With patience you will see positive results!
Workout. Eat well. Be patient.
