Good Morning Fit Fans!
I have not been blogging nearly as much, BUT I have been instagramming....A LOT! I've always had my personal Instagram, but recently, I started "fitmomkaty" as an Instagram page. Please feel free to follow me for unique recipes, exercise ideas, inspirational quotes, and more!
SO.... my goal is to take each picture that I have recently posted on fitmomkaty and expand on it, write about it, and let my blog followers and readers enjoy it. Here's how it started:
Story of THE #whole30!
At the end of July, a best friend of mine came to visit me, and she expressed that she really wanted to lose some weight. Well, I've been studying for my Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), and know that crash diets are not the way to lose weight and keep it off, BUT I thought a 30 day challenge would change her eating style and would be a great "kickstart" to a healthier lifestyle!
AND, I decided that as a friend, I would join in the challenge with her. So, the first picture is fruits and veggies; showing my day 1 of 30 meal prep.
