Are you ready for a change? Are you trying to lose weight? Gain muscle? Well you can't change your look without changing your diet or exercise. Just FYI! So, why not map it out? Write it down! Make a weekly calendar with your menu and exercise plans. This will also help you save at the grocery store. If you already know what's on the menu for the week, it will help you save by not over buying. While working on your weekly calendar, remember to change it up! If you consistently eat the same things and consistently do the same workouts, chances are you are not going to see a difference in your weight. I hope you take my advice and make fitness calendar! I know you will see the results you want with just a little change!
